Hello
I had the TNT Sports package and Discovery+ as my included extra and until yesterday I was able to access TNT Sports with the HBO app as well as Discovery+.
On accessing Discovery+ today, it says that I don't have a subscription even though I can still access TNT Sports.
Please can someone let me know why I can no longer Discovery+ when I was able to previously when this included TNT Sports.

Your access to discovery+ is still showing as active @Pete492 - could you have used a different email address to log in?
If you can't think of any other possible email address you could have used for it then email us at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number, and saying you'd like to reset your discovery+ activation.
