Hi,
My EE TV box is freezing. I have done a factory reset and restarted the hub. Issue started with no access to TV channels (WiFi, no aerial). Searching for channels found correct number, including subscriptions but can’t access Guide. Now box frozen completely.
Any suggestions?

Update: I contacted technical support and they have sent out a new tv box. Thanks

When you say freezing, do you mean the picture is freezing when watching TV? Or the box itself is not responding to remote control commands? If it doesn't appear to be responding to the remote control, have you tried changing the batteries in the remote?

The box is responding to the remote as I can access apps and settings but not tv (after restarting). After a while everything freezes. Even after restart (or factory reset) tv channels don’t work. The TV Guide lists channels but no program info and I can’t navigate the channels.
The light on power switch is also flashing.

Hopefully a new TV box will solve the issue, but please keep us updated on the situation.
