Chang broadband

I’d like to downgrade my broadband plan because the current price has become far too expensive. When I first signed up, I was paying around £28 per month, but it’s now increased to £42 per month, even though the broadband speed and performance haven’t improved.

I also tried to manage my plan through the app/website, but every time I select “Change Broadband Plan,” I get a “Technical Problem” error. In the past, I was able to change my broadband plan myself without any issues, but now it never works.

Could you please let me know:

  • Why am I unable to change my broadband plan online?
  • Is there an issue with my account?
  • How can I downgrade my broadband package?

Thank you for your assistance.

@Mmkk16 You will need to call EE CS direct to see if they will do anything for you, downgrade package to get a lower price is just not an ISP option, if EE CS are prepared to do that for you it's a one shot time decision no going away to think about it in the slightest.

The Forum is public and when you post you are not talking direct to EE at all.

You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
