Broadband e-mail not arrived

H51
Visitor

I signed up for EE Broadband last week, the hub arrived yesterday but I have not received a welcome email with my account number and login details.  Please can someone help?  I can’t access it through my app either. I am concerned my e-mail address has been taken incorrectly.

@H51 Is your mobile also with EE currently?

Hi,

Thanks for your order. To finish setting up your EE ID, please log in to your EE account.

Once you've done this, you can go online or use the EE app to:

  • Check your bills
  • Track your orders
  • Manage your account
And if you have new EE Broadband you can:

  • Activate Work Mode and Game Mode with WiFi Enhancer
  • Keep everyone safe online with Parental Controls
  • Manage your WiFi Controls

If you don't log in within seven days, we'll delete your EE ID to keep your account secure. You can create a new one anytime.

Thanks,
The EE Team

@JimM11 : You can't link your BB to your EE a/c nor read its bills w/out 1st having your BB a/c no., starting 'GB'. Catch 22!

@H51 : You'll need to call EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig. to obtain your BB a/c no.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@XRaySpeX Did not have to do anything at all with linking, followed the E-mail guide, confirmed the account, and everything attached as it is supposed to, took the two mobiles to the EE shop, got the new sims activated with the assurance of the person doing it all, told him one EE ID, BB and mobile all together if it's not going to happen then no mobile will be getting on the EE account, zero issues apart from waiting a day or so for the pac codes to change over from the TEMP number's that were assigned to both! Could see everything BB wise and EE Mobile wise. Even the stupid app worked to the Hub when it was in a playful mood, when it did not i just left it until updates were done and it decided to start playing again.... Not once did i do any off this de-install it re-install it carry on, not needed.
