Hello, I stupidly took out a new contract with EE which expires on 12/3/27 after my BT contract was winding down. Broadband is fine but I never watch TNT sports so it is useless to me so it's £20 a month down the drain. What is the cost of removing TNT Sports from my contract? Thank you.

Well I downloaded the relay app, made several calls to the relevant number and each time after about a minute it just says "call ended". What a useless bit of kit!!

Please have a look at Communication support | Accessibility Services | EE for support with using the Text Relay service. 
You can also have a look at the Relay UK website for more. 
Alternatively, as @Northerner  mentioned you can use the "Message us" feature in the EE app. 
Just open the app, tap Help in the bottom menu, and then select Message us.

Yeah have looked at all that thanks. No-one picked up on any of the several calls I made, even the Relay "helpdesk" didn't pick up! 🙄 I have messaged EE via the "message us" feature but still awaiting a reply. Seems my only option will be to pay off my contract and move to another provider that are better in dealing with the deaf. BT were easier to contact to be honest as they had Live Chat. Stupid of me to change to EE really.

I am sorry that you have experienced this when trying to connect with one of our agents to cancel TNT Sports from your broadband account.
When you log in to your account online and see TNT Sports in your add-ons is there an option there to cancel?
If the Relay service is still not working I'd recommend completing the contact form on their website.
Alternatively, they can also be contacted via email relay.uk.helpdesk@bt.com and will be able to look into why you are unable to connect.

Thanks Katie. On the EE website all it says re TNT Sports is "To change or manage your subscription call 0800 9566 000". I'll await any reply to my message I sent, thank you.
