Hi we were sold this tv & broadband package under false advertisement so rang yourselves to ccomplain and cancel it,I spoke to a number of people who agreed we were told lies and said they would cancel it off as we are not using the equipmentz
now your sending txts to say your next bill is ready
I won’t be paying for what I have not got and was misinformed about the package.

Unfortunately there's no sign on your account of any cancellation. I can see a complaint was raised, but it was then closed and no further action was taken. I can only recommend you give us a call again:
