What is " digital broadband"? Do you have fixed EE Home BB or do you have a mobile BB router?

Hi @Teuchterno12

You may need to access your router hub settings to change the WIFI band to 2.4 GHz for compatibility with your Smart TV.

If you let us know which EE router do you have, and what's the make/model of your Smart TV we can help with the steps on how to do this.

You could also try connecting your TV directly to your router through ethernet cable instead, if your TV has a connection for it.

I also cannot connect my TV WiFi to the new router. I have tried compatible and have tried DMZ, but to no avail.

It seems, I did not try the compatible WiFi, as I did not enter a password and save it. Is that worth a try?

Cheers Sylvia

@Sylviamm : Yes. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.
