Can’t connect to Netflix etc on tv since changing to digital broadband

What is " digital broadband"? Do you have fixed EE Home BB or do you have a mobile BB router?

Have EE Broadband with digital phone , can access wifi on iPhone iPad but not smart tv even with entering the wifi code - many times and resetting router again many times to see if they will connect

Hi @Teuchterno12 

You may need to access your router hub settings to change the WIFI band to 2.4 GHz for compatibility with your Smart TV. 

If you let us know which EE router do you have, and what's the make/model of your Smart TV we can help with the steps on how to do this.  

You could also try connecting your TV directly to your router through ethernet cable instead, if your TV has a connection for it.
