Hi,
I can not seem to log on to HBO max to watch TNT sports which I pay for through EE. I never signed up to Discovery+
I have tried a few things but just can not log on.
Should I contact EE or has someone else had this issue?
With just with the TNT sport does this also mean you wont have access the whole of HBO max and would I still need to sign up for the full access?

I can see you only activated your discovery+ yesterday, so your HBO Max account won't be automatically activated.
You need to log into the EE app or web site to activate HBO Max, however there's a fault that means that option isn't currently available to you. This fault will be fixed for everyone on Monday, however we've manually fixed your account now.
Wait about 15 minutes (so after midday today) and then log into the EE app or web site and select the Plans & Subscriptions section, and you should see a button appear.

So you change the service on the 26th of march but ee customers have to wait till monday so we can actually activate HBO Max to watch TNT on the app? This is rubbish

Customers who were already using the discovery+ app can use the HBO Max app.
Customers who only just chose to access the app for the first time in the last 48 hours, despite having had the option potentially for months, are unfortunately currently not able to activate HBO Max.

Hi wonder if you could help,I am an EE customer and have used Discovery+ for over a year.I have downloaded the Hbo Max app this morning and logged in ok.It tells me I cant access TNT and to contact my supplier.

I'm an EE mobile user with discovery+ but I can't download the hbomax app. It says app not available in my country

I can watch Tnt on Tv but not on mobile or laptop.

Hi there,
this is the same with me. I want to watch the final stage of the Volta A Catalunya on TNT Sports Via HBO Max, which I should have via my BT / EE TV Package.
it started 3 minutes ago!
I have followed the instructions on the app, but the link to activate HBO via EE doesn’t work.
can you help please?

Hey @Paulqu11 , welcome to the Community!
If you were previously watching through the Discovery+ app, can you please double check you are definitely using the exact same logins?
The same goes with you, @RobinMarsden; if you've already been logging in and using TNT Sports via Discovery+, then the previous logins should work automatically. There's no need to activate again.
