Can not log on to HBO but have TNT sports through EE

Hi,

I can not seem to log on to HBO max to watch TNT sports which I pay for through EE. I never signed up to Discovery+ 

I have tried a few things but just can not log on.

Should I contact EE or has someone else had this issue?

With just with the TNT sport does this also mean you wont have access the whole of HBO max and would I still need to sign up for the full access?

My Discovery Plus subscription through Apple from last year has expired, so I need to access and activate HBO Max via EE so that I can subscribe through HBo Max.

Is there any way I can do this today?

I am unable to access HBO Max to view my TNT subscription.

I have tried to find help with this and am being diverted to other people’s questions about the same thing. This is following the link to find a solution. 

With due respect I just want a solution, I don’t want to know who else is in the same position. 

With all due respect @Sparky64 you can't expect us to go through the same list of questions with you and provide the same answers every time - that only wastes your time, and ours.

I would have done if the ‘find a solution’ link had sent me to it. Instead I was forwarded to the long chain of customer queries. 
I will try the link now. 

My ‘due respect’ is to the validity of the queries of others. I am surprised at the passive aggressive text manner of someone involved in Customer Service. 

Is anyone else still experiencing problems with this? There’s no way I’m able to activate hbo through the app

I have tnt sports through EE but have never actived it when it was on discovery plus. Can you explain how I activate it now on HBO max?

Hi I have the same issue, trying to access Hbo max to watch TNT sports - I have gone to Plans & Subscriptions in my EE account and there isn't a button, please advise?
