Hi, I'm on Full Works package but still being charged £6 a month for HD/4K. Is this correct? I should add that as part my deal for taking out a new contract it's £30 a month instead of £88 for the 1st three months. Thanks.
@emcguinness67 you are correct ---- potentially legally EE could invoke a 30 day notice for the cancellation of the addon - -but it is unlikely that they intended that to occur- more likely another issue with their order system. Have you queried with EE customer services ?
