Full Works but still charged for 4K

Hi, I'm on Full Works package but still being charged £6 a month for HD/4K. Is this correct? I should add that as part my deal for taking out a new contract it's £30 a month instead of £88 for the 1st three months. Thanks.

@emcguinness67  you are correct ---- potentially legally EE could invoke a 30 day notice for the cancellation of the addon - -but it is unlikely that they intended that to occur- more likely another issue with their order system. Have you queried with EE customer services ?

I can see you have called and this has now been credited.  Sorry for the inconvenience - it looks like a system error.

So a couple of months on and after 3 more calls this still hasn't been sorted. I'm on the Big Sport package and am still being charged £6.30 a month for 4K/HD. I have been repeatedly assured that this issue has been sorted. Yet every month there it is on my bill. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve thus. I now need to escalate this as phoning doesn't work. Please advise.

I've got our best guy on it @emcguinness67 - he'll definitely get it fixed and refunded. I'll update here when he's confirmed it's sorted.

Update: it's now sorted. This guy never makes mistakes, so I'm confident you won't see the charge again.

Thank you. Fingers crossed for a credit and no charge on next month's bill. I'll keep you posted.
