Just jumped ship from EE to Vodafone, everything connects to the new Vodafone hub wifi network but the BT TV Pro box will not it seems accept the password.

It shows the network..but must have tried 6 times now typing in the password and it just doesn't hook up....everything else has connected. The WPS doesn't seem to work either.

Would a factory reset of the box help?...though think I will lose all my recordings of Bangers and Cash!

EE & BT TV only works over an EE or BT BB connection.

You should've returned your BT TV Box & any other EE/BT kit to EE when you left EE BB. You now may be charged for it.

The TV Box Pro remains the property of BT/EE at all times, and must be returned.

What even if you bought the box off Ebay?

I better watch out for a knock at the door!

That explains it then.

Yes, not if you bought in the grey market, but there's no point in buying it when you don't have EE/BT BB.
