Initially set up EE main box and 2 minis worked ok for about 4 wks , today have got Apple TV box through Ee and swopped the main box this morn can’t access free view live tv on that and now the mini boxes are quoting code BTP-16500
I reset the Apple box the pro box and the mini box over 10 times the field engineer rest it 3 times while at my property it’s a load of rubbish and the way I have been spoken to from phone to online I’m glad I’ve left and gone with sky
It shouldn't be possible to have both an Apple box and a TV Box Pro @Andrewblackmoor - you have to choose one or the other when ordering. Was the Apple TV provided to you as part of your EE TV contract?
The fact that you also had issues with the TV Box Mini suggests a different fault for your account.
I’m having to phone again as they have not understood the issue that you explained last week am currently on the phone now to EE is there a TV department? Seems to be a disconnect as no one understands the issue regarding an EE branded apple box?!
Ok thanks just emailed as the person on phone didn’t know what I meant and what could be done about it have spent a lot of time since Thursday when appears it is just a case of sending the right box and collecting the incorrect one
