When you select the Inclusive Extra, you should receive a text with a link to activate this alongside your Apple ID.
Once you've sorted this, you can log in to Apple TV+ on any compatible device!

It is included as my Inclusive Extra but I have never received a text to activate.
What options do I have?
Can I change to another option and then recharge back and then would I then receive a text for activation or better to go to.an EE shop?

@HOWIE63 I wouldn't recommend that just yet; can you please try heading over to tv.apple.com/gb/carrier, and let me know if this works?

@HOWIE63 Can you please make sure you're trying to connect to this page over mobile data rather than WiFi?
It verifies via your EE connection so often doesn't work on WiFi.

Tried that and it still says the same message that the phone number could not be verified for this subscription
