Pro FW r3.8.24-R-1531355-PROD-1 issue connecting guest wifi to Apple Devices .

As of the update pushed out over the last 24 hours, none of my Apple devices in the home will connect to the guest Wi-Fi but will connect fine to the main wi-fi. Non Apple devices connect fine to both.  Tried removing and readding the guest wifi, forgetting connections, etc, nothing works. No indication as to the issue on the logs either. They just refuse to connect.

All windows, games consoles and my linux devices connect with no issues to either networks.

Anyone got any ideas?

Wouldn’t be surprised if they quickly release another FW update. Last update, another update was sent out within a couple days I believe 👍🏼

Must be to do with the WiFi Security level. Apples seem to insist on WPA3 while not all routers provide it. I believe the Guest network provides only WPA2 while the main network is WPA3. However if the Guest network can be stepped up to WPA3, do so!

In Guest Wi-Fi it says it is set to WPA3-Personal-Transition on the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels
with the option of adding 6ghz on WPA3-Personal which I have also tried with no success.

As stated it only impact iOS.  Everything else connects to it with no issues and I can't see anything off in the rather limited logs.

The Guest network does allow WPA3. Try it!

I have, it doesn't work on iOS devices. They refuse to connect. It worked fine prior to the update.

The guest network only runs on the hub, it does not transmit on any of the extenders, even on the latest firmware. A bit of a shortfall in my opinion.

What iOS devices and what iOS version are they running? What are the exact symptoms when you try to connect to the Guest WiFi?

IpadOS 26 and the latest iOS 26 on iPhone 16 pro, error is 'Unable to join the Network'

No further error and nothing on logs or otherwise. Previous to the Router update neither device had any issues joining the guest network. Both can join the main wifi absolutely fine.
