EE TV Pro box, broadband and Sports package.
Ive been unable to watch or record any TNT sports channel via the guide for several weeks now as after a few minutes I get an error message saying there’s a broadband problem . There’s no sign of any issue with other devices nor errors in the router log. Changing channel will restore the video instantly. HBO max app works fine and streaming other channels/services work solidly. Is there a known issue with the multicast streams ?

Hi @Bigmezza
Welcome to the community..
You'll get the best connection possible by using an ethernet cable to the EE TV box. If possible, I recommend doing that and re-testing.
We also have some brilliant EE troubleshooting steps on our Fix a Problem with EE TV hep page that may help get it fixed.
If you're still having problems, I recommend speaking with our technical support team, so that they can check everything from our side.

Hi Chris, thanks for posting.
The problem occurs equally if the STB is connected directly to the router via Ethernet or through WiFi. I know it' s not the connection to the router dropping out as other devices are connected to the same Ethernet switch and don't show any problems.
I'll run this past the tech support team. Just surprised no one else has seen had this issue. It's a recent problem, i'd say around the time TNT moved to HBO, just wondering if there were and changes to the streaming infrastructure as part of that move?
