Accessibility voiceover/apple TV box requests

Hi, few fixes/upgrades required for the EE TV app on apple TV to work better for blind/voiceover users.

1. The choice of the audio description track needs to sustain when switching channels. currently it reverts to standard audio track on live channels any time the channel is changed.

2. Audio description should be tied to the setting on the apple TV settings for audio description allowing us to turn it on with voice. I believe the setting is accessible through the API? EG, switch on audio description in the apple TV settings wil select the audio described audio track in the EE app.

3. The name of the channel needs to be voiced as well as or instead of the channel number. Currently, there is no way of knowing the actual channel one is on in the guide, only the channel number is read and, moving to the right, what is showing on that channel.

4. And I don't know how this would work, but requesting a channel via voice, a quicker and more accessible way of changing channel, brings up an option menu of where to play the channel. This isn't accessible. Naturally I'd like the EE app, with the audio described benefits it brings, to be the default, not, for example, iPlayer.

5. Finally, and this isn't so much an accessibility request as a personal preference, I'd like a top row when putting the EE app in the top row similar to TV Launcher, where we can choose what is displayed, EG all, Favorites etc, so we don't have to burrow into teh app to get the channels. I know we can get them up with the guide button on the controller, but it's always good to have several ways to do the same thing to fit a variety of preferences. Going in and out of apps is a pain, from an accessibility standpoint, so if I can access a specific channel whilst still on the apple TV homepage from the top bar, that will be awesome.

It would also be helpful to have the accessibility team contact details so I can send these requests directly, assuming there is an accessibility team. Navigating the website is less convenient than sending an email. Thanks.

Just a quick follow up on this one - the first one has been confirmed as a bug.  We'll fix that one as soon as we can.

The others have all been added to our list of feature requests, to be reviewed later this month.

Thanks again for the feedback.
