BT leaving team advised me to switch to EE broadband and Sport TV to save money .
I agreed a special discount deal which was to go live BY 14th March 2024.....
Multiple problems and issues and hours of wasted time on helpline , phone calls , emails , you name it , I tried to resolve this issue in a patient and kind way.....each EE staff person spoke so nicely and promised me the world....still waiting....
They kept fobbing me off , by saying they had to CLOSE my Multiple complaints so that the system could progress and I'd be contacted after 5 days....
No refunds have appeared yet and I was assured once my services were up & running , I would get a fresh 14 day opt out option ( I would have opted out within the original 14 days had I gotten the chance to actually access my account and services !!! )
I will be leaving EE as soon as I can .
Have been a loyal BT customer for over 30 years....
Still waiting......
