I have an issue with the now TV app. When I log into the app on the Apple TV box, it says I have no subscriptions available. But on the EE TV Box Mini, it looks like it has already signed me into an account and everything works fine. When I look at the account on the EE TV box mini, it looks like the log in is the first part of my email and not my full email address. I try signing into the now TV account with just the first part of my email, and still no luck.

Could you please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I'll go through re-association for EE to take over the account (or let me know in the email if there's a different email address you'd prefer to move the subscription to).

Your login to the Now TV app is with the same email address that you logged into this forum with, and I can confirm that your subscription is present on it.

Thanks for checking, but when I log into my account with that email address, nothing works and says I have to pay for a subscription.
