No access to EE WiFi hotspot

Until 3 days ago I was able to connect easily to an EE WiFi hotspot when I’m at home. It’s not in my home so a public one. Paid for a voucher for the month to use this. However, last 3 days it doesn’t show up in my WiFi networks so cannot use it. Have tried multiple devices and same thing. If I walk 5 minutes from where I live it suddenly shows up again so don’t think access has been cut off, seems to be an extreme drop in signal. Any ideas on what I can do? Will probably need a prorata refund for the voucher as well as it is now unusable but waiting to see if it comes back at all first.

@Cmac271 : Many of these public EE WiFi hotspot emanate from EE & BT users' own BB routers. They may switch them off or move them anytime they see fit. You probably was on 1 near your home that decided to cease it & then 5 mins. away you have come across another. All you can do is wander around & see if you can latch on to 1 that is reliable.

As for any refund you'll need to Get in touch to discuss that, altho' remember that EE does not guarantee that the EE WiFi service is faultless.
