Access to Now Tv

Trying to sign in to Now TV through my pc but the email address @btinternet you created for me to access Now on the tv does not have a password or cannot access this email. How do i get access to Now tv on my pc please?

We will be very happy to take a look at the issue and help sorting out. Can we request you to send an email detailing the issue to eetvsupport@bt.com along with your billing account and the email that you think should be linked to the NOW subscription for you to access?

@KarenRobertson : Are you mixing up your router's BB creds, bthomehub@btbroadband.com , with your EE ID a/c?
