New EE TV with no BBC channels

I have just set up EE TV and we have no BBC channels, any suggestions. I have connected to TV aerial and receive everything else just not BBC. Can get BBC on TV's in the house connected to aerial but not connected to EE TV.

Hi @Coopeab  just to clarify  is it the SD versions of the BBC channels that you are missing or are you missing both the SD and HD versions  ?
