I joined EE last week and was promised a mini box so i could watch in another room. I was sent two normal boxes. I cant watch Prime the same time as else someone watching Prime in another room. Both on wifi. Would it help if I connected to antenna?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Good morning @rosanna29.
Welcome back to the Community, and I'm disappointed to hear you've still not been able to get this resolved.
I can see you contacted us about this last month and @Leanne_T recommended giving our team a call.
Do you know if they logged a complaint with you at that point, and what was the last update you had here?

EETV will not concern itself technically with the second box being a Box Pro instead of a Box Mini, though this is an error the commercial side might want to put right.
As regards an antenna, Prime doesn’t come over an antenna, so no.
But what is the error message you get? And is it still there if you exit and go back in, or is it a one-time thing? New boxes can do that.
Does it relate to using two Boxes at once, in which case EETV haven’t given you the Multiroom capability you need?
Or does it relate to having two instances of Prime at once, in which case you would need to upgrade Prime to a higher tier? Which is not an EETV issue,
Or is it a bandwidth issue? In which case, you will need a faster broadband tier to support the two simultaneous streams.
Try Now on the second device while watching Prime on the first device, and see what errors, if any, you still get, and report back here.

I joined EE last month. I was promised a mini box which has not been supplied, many complaints and emails backwards and forwards sent to EE with no result. An hour on the phone tonight trying to get my free 6month Apple TV activated, no answer. Do not promise what you cannot deliver EE. After a month with EE I will be cancelling. Hate liars.

I have had no correspondence from EE regarding my complaints or mini box. I spoke to Andrew from EE executive whi sent me a new box however chose not to tell me that I would not be able to get a multi room service as was first promised to me. I would just like a call from someone who knows my case history so I can get this sorted and not have to keep repeating myself and wasting my time before I seriously think about returning to Sky.RegardsRosanna RidleySent from my Galaxy

Thanks @rosanna29, when was it you last spoke with Andrew about this, and did you mention the issue with the boxes?

13th Feb 17.01 due to him sending out another box the complaint was probably closed however he did not explain that this would NOT sort the issue of not having multi room as promised by your salesman James Kilpatrick. How much time do I have to spend on this before I cancel my account and apply for a refund and compensation from the ombudsman. Please add multiroom onto my account as promised by James when I signed up and send a mini box if needed.RegardsRosanna Sent from my Galaxy
