Hi @madhuri28
The £69 charge is net of VAT and therefore the £82.80 is the price including 20% VAT.
Are you a business as you maybe able to claim the VAT back.
Thanks

Hi @madhuri28
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you took out the phones with the plans as part of a contract, you would have a contract term on the plans as well.
When was it you took them out?
Was it online, over the phone or in one of our stores?

Thanks @madhuri28
You get 14 days to be able to return a contract when you order it online. Outside of that time, you would need to either serve the contract period, or pay it off early.
Were the SIM cards taken on a pay monthly contract plan?

I can understand where you are coming from @madhuri28, but if you have taken them as one contract but with a payment for the phone and a payment for the airtime plan, you'd not be able to just cancel the SIM cards.
Were they taken on a contract?
If they were, what plan are they on?

If you have taken them on a contract, you would need to pay an early termination fee to cancel the SIM cards outside of the initial 14 days of the contract. This would be worked out based on the monthly cost of the plan for the rest of the contract term, minus a small discount.
