I was told that my business contract includes roaming in China

And nothing needs to be fine prior to my trip. Here in China there is no network at all even with roaming turned on! Any thought ?

My voicemail seems to be set up with a bespoke greeting although calls just ring out & are not directed to voicrmail. I use the phone for business use so it's upsetting my clients that they can't leave me a voicemail.
