EE poor service

      Phones not working properly abroad even though I have a European add on. Impossible to get in touch with anyone at EE been on hold over 35 minutes.Absolutely disgraceful!!

Resolved! Increasing bill

I haven't received any notice and i see my boll increased already and received by direct debit. How possible is this happen? I have contract. If they can increase whenever they want why we sign and agreed the contract?

Hi, I’ve ordered a new phone to use for my business. Will the new phone have a new number so I can keep them seperate or do I have to set this up?
