Authorization for company matters

Our company's managing director is very busy and would like me to handle everything with EE. Now I need to cancel a SIM card that we no longer use. I understand that this needs to be done over the phone. I would like to know how I can proceed with this matter. What is required for my authorization? Thank you!

Your business account will have a named account holder, who needs to setup third party authorisation for anyone they wish to handle matters.

That third-party authority will include your own account password.

We are currently trying to authorize a third party to manage our business account. However, we cannot find the option to add an authorized person on the online platform. Could you please guide us on how to add a third-party authorization through the online interface?

Thank you for your assistance!

My understanding is that a third party authority only applies for telephone-CS interactions.

Does your account holder have a myEE/business-EE account login already?

Thank you for your response.

The account holder does have a myEE/business-EE account login.
