Spoof my 0800 number using my mobile iphone

.I have purchased an 0800 number for my website and when I make calls from my mobile to customers I would like my display to be the 0800 099 6048 number, I assume this is spoofing, does anyone know how I can do this, is there an App?

The technology that underpins this is called "Presentation Number" and EE certainly don't offer this on consumer accounts.

There were some historic Orange products that did very similar, but I'm not aware of any EE service that does. You're likely looking for a convergence solution.
