Welcome to the community.
When I loaded up your website, it popped up with an age verification (confirm you're over 18 before entering). I think this is probably why the EE Content lock is blocking it.

Yes we have to have an age verification pop up due to industry compliance but we do not have any explicit content which I believe is the reason for the block. I have contacted the bbfc who have confirmed our site is fine and 2 other networks have lifted the block after contacting bbfc to confirm this. EE are proving difficult to get hold of to action this .
