Subject: Incorrect Default – Request for Removal
Dear EE Credit Referrals Team,
I am writing regarding the default recorded on my credit file for account reference [insert].
The default dated 05/09/2025 appears to be inaccurate. I did not receive a valid default notice, and the balance recorded (£54) is disputed. I request:
1. A copy of the default notice
2. A full statement of account
3. Evidence of attempts to contact me
If the default was issued incorrectly or without proper notice, I request its removal from all credit reference agencies.

@PeterWill You’ll not receive anything from here as this isn’t customer support and it isn’t a means to request any from EE as this is a public forum. No one here knows who you are and there is no account access from here. You need to contact EE yourself by calling customer support.
