Lied to over the phone !!!!

Was told on phone the unlimited sim that I wanted was a special price discount of £24 a month ,received the brand new sim and looked on my EE dashboard and it says £35 I’m getting charged every month .lied to over the phone !!fuming !

Resolved! Upgrade

Recently changed to a sim only contract from a phone contract over the phone. However I haven’t received any confirmation of this change just yet. I assume it will change to the sim only once my contracts fully ends?

I can't find any way to close my account from abroad .  I have been trying to contact EE on the website but can't . I have now instructed my bank to stop payments .I would prefer to be able to cancel the account properly .I no longer live in the UK
