Existing ee number to another ee account

Both my wife and I have separate EE mobile contracts and my wife’s current contract has ended. We have seen that by adding an extra sim to my account the same sim only deal works out considerably cheaper. However, we want to retain my wife’s existing EE mobile number on the extra sim which will be purchased under my account - is this possible?

Hi @Dan538

Welcome to the community.

You're not able to move the number from one EE contract to another one, so you'd not be able to just order another SIM and have your wife's number on it.

If you want to keep the number and both lines on one bill, you can speak to our customer service guides to arrange a change of ownership.

This would not automatically give you the discount straightaway, but it may then be added when your wife's number is next renewed.
