Resolved! EE credit checked me even though I didn't order?!

I looked a couple of times at upgrading but decided not to before finishing the order. I've received notification that EE hard checked me despite me not completing the order.  How is that even allowed? I stopped the order because I couldn't be bother...

Resolved! EE Phone & Sim Contract

I took out a phone and sim contract but one ends before the other. My phone ends next year but my sim contract ends in November and i'd like to change it to a cheaper sim deal.When will I be able to change/upgrade my sim?

My bill adds up to 52 but I am charged 84. I don't see any details in the bill that explains how EE gets to 84 from 52.

Resolved! Automatic refund

HelloWill a refund be automatic when my devices have been suspended for the last few weeks? I haven't been able to use the network whilst EE suspended server so assuming they will refund half of the bill for the month for that period of time. Thanks
