I messaged EE 25 August (via website) and I'm still waiting for a response.
Maybe this forum can help, I am trying to login to my business account to get a copy of the latest bill. Since last Wednesday all logins have failed with the request 'try later'. Seems like a long time for their main website to be down.
Any ideas?

I would suggest ringing customer service about this. Do you have the EE App? Have you tried both the website and My EE App, and problems on both?

Thank you. I did exactly that, downloaded the EE App and straight into our business invoices.
Even after calling customer services again this morning, had no joy. This was such a quick work around.

I also managed to access my account through the EE App. Thanks for the tip.
Seems extraordinary that one of the biggest communications company's has so much difficulty communicating with its customers!

I can't download the app as it's an employees phone. EE advise there's a "glitch" whilst they improve their site and that I should just keep trying. It's been a week now.

You will have to speak with them direct (good luck with that!)
