Dear EE Customer Support Team,
I am writing to report a duplicate charge on my account and to request a refund.
I have a monthly contract with EE for myself, my daughter, and my son. The agreed monthly payment is £57.50 However, this month I have been charged twice for the same bill.
The first charge was taken on Monday, 24/12/2025.
The second charge was taken again on Monday, 29/12/2015.
As this payment has been taken twice in error, I kindly request that the extra amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to process this request.
