If you change the pack on your existing account the number will stay the same. However, if you order a new SIM card with a new or promotional pack this would have be a new number. If you would like to change the number, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.
To change the pack, you can text ALL PACKS to 150 and follow the instructions in the reply to start a new pack.
