Can I upgrade an already paid but not yet active £10 plan to £15？

I’m currently on a £15 plan, and I’ve already paid for a £10 plan that hasn’t started yet.
Can I change the upcoming £10 plan to a £15 plan like my current one? If so, how does it work and do I need to pay the difference?
