Can I upgrade an already paid but not yet active £10 plan to £15?

Can I change the upcoming £10 plan to a £15 plan like my current one? If so, how does it work and do I need to pay the difference?

@jorra : No, you've already paid for it & it's not refundable. All you can do is see it out & buy the £15 pack when it expires.
