Ive been triple charged by EE

I have a reccuring top up for the pay as you go plan and its been working fine for a year Now and ive recently been triple charged saying Thanks for topping up £15.00. Your next 30 day top up is due on the 31/01/2026 3 different times and my card has been charged £45 so is it possible to get a full refund as i havent spent any bit of the money and been triple charged please respond fast
