Can't download my business invoice

Hi,

I am trying to download my monthly invoice but the system is saying the file is too large to download. Not had this problem in previous months and nothing has changed for the file to become too large??

Please advise how I can get hold of an electronic copy of my invoice.

I need a VAT invoice but don't want to spend hours on the phone each month requesting something as simple as this !! why have you removed the download option

no option to download - there alweays used to be but no longer available ???

as I stated earlier not something I want to waste my time on - real basic requirement that shouldn't have been removed

I have being trying for months, spent ages on the phone to 150 and on webchat - no resolve. We are about to come out of contract and will be moving this and another buisness account (50+ users) to another provider. Basic requirement for a VAT invoice not met.

So this appears to be ongoing, I cannot download my bills, a requirement for UK accounting regulations.......
