incorrect usage showing

I need to monitor individuals mobile calls, I constantly get error messages - information cannot be loaded. Same when trying to get an itemised invoice to check there - NOT Working. New customer to business EE and it is proving to be difficult to navigate, just constantly seeing - sorry something went wrong. 

EE you need to sort this out, surely I shouldn't get constant error message 😡

That information should be available for you, I'm sorry to hear you've been having some problems with it. Does this happen on more than one device or browser?

Thanks for getting back to me, it is on Google Chrome and now I have tried Edge. Still have 'sorry something went wrong at our end'.
