Hi,
I am trying to download my monthly invoice but the system is saying the file is too large to download. Not had this problem in previous months and nothing has changed for the file to become too large??
Please advise how I can get hold of an electronic copy of my invoice.

Could you try downloading it from the My EE desktop site on another device please?

I'm having the exact same issue, and I'm also trying to download from the desktop site as Christopher has suggested. Could someone explain how to get the bill please? I need it for our monthly vat returns.

The option has been removed by the genious brains at EE.
You can no longer download your invoice.
You need mobile manager which is only available to new customers at the moment.
EE cut off the downloading option before providing an alternative to getting your invoice.
The only way to get an invoice is to call in and pray they send you one, which they dont.
More rubbish badly thought out customer service from EE

How ridiculous is this on a business contract and you cant get a VAT invoice !

I'm unable to download any historical invoices too. I need them for the accounts.
