Hi,
I am trying to download my monthly invoice but the system is saying the file is too large to download. Not had this problem in previous months and nothing has changed for the file to become too large??
Please advise how I can get hold of an electronic copy of my invoice.

What happens when you try to download them, @debo66?
Could you try on a different device or browser please?

I am also having problems. It seems EE only let you download the past three month's invoices. Even then there is no VAT number. I have to manually write the EE Vat number: GB 245 7193 48 on each invoice, but still can't access historic invoices.
This is putting me off using EE as I am a business customer. A VAT invoice is a minimum necessary requirement. Sort it out EE!

I've tried chrome, firefox and edge and the mobile app - all the same, click on the download invoice link and absolutely nothing happens.

Our contract has expired. Unless this is sorted quickly I'm going to have no option but to change to another provider rather than renew. As it stands this service is currently unfit for purpose.

Has anyone managed to get a copy of the business invoice for October? We need this desperately to close month end but can't seem to get any help from anyone at EE, nor a copy of the invoice

Has the function to download your invoice been removed? There are posts all over this forum regarding businesses now being unable to download any of their invoices. We have tried calling 150 and tried chat but no one has been able to help, and we have not been able to retrieve a copy of our October invoice which we need in order to close month end.

I have already called 150 and I spent over an hour trying to get it resolved, a copy sent and no one could help.
Why is the function no longer available on the website? We have always downloaded our monthly invoice via the website, why would this be removed with no communication to your business customers?

What were you advised when you called? Did they raise a support ticket for the issue with your online account?
