App upgrade still faulty

The revised app is harder to use than the old, and that wasn't good. It hardly had an error free page. It's impossible to get current months extra charges, can't see plan details, greets with wrong time of day (good morning in afternoon etc. I don't see why to bother with that), gives silly responses on errors ( like "... Something went wrong..."), And reflects poorly on EE. The time it's gone on, makes it worse.

When did you update the app? 

Can you add some screenshots to show the errors and also the wrong time of day greeting please?
