Faults can arise, have you clicked on Network and Coverage checker to see if it is showing as a fault? You can also report it and receive updates:

@Dz256  Any network can have a fault.  Have you reported that fault via the link provided by @Schockwave   no network is 100% perfect all the time issues do happen. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
