Ordered airpods from EE on 3 May... They were eventually dispatched on 8 May, and was told by DPD that they'd be delivered the evening of 9 May, that we stayed home for.
Lo and behold nothing arrived, I then requested they be re-delivered via EE on Monday 12 May.... Still nothing.
Call DPD this morning & they say that the item was never scanned on 9 May and that it's missing, and won't do anything else to help me. Told to contact EE but they're not open, despite saying on their website they open at 8:00. What is going on?
Urgently need this order delivered today, or a refund. Going away in 2 days and we ordered it 10 working days ago now so this is appalling service that it's taken so long for a simple delivery. Will not buy from EE again.

Please don't post this in full, but when you placed your order did you get reference starting with EE, XK, or SO0?
Also what number was it you called earlier to try and get through to query this?
