view previous orders

hi 

i am trying to find my previous order history of all my previous devices but no matter what i do i can not find a record of any orders i have ever made, as a customer of ee for around 10 year sand about 7 different phones there should defiantly be evidence of this with order and invoice numbers somewhere on your system right?

any help in pointing me in the right direction to find this information would be much appreciated thank you.
