I ordered an iPhone 16 pay monthly I’ve had an email that says successful but no emails to show direct debits or anything if I’ve had that email does it mean it’s been accepted 100% passed credit check when I track my order with my order number it just comes up as an error @member3

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check your order went through correctly.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can complete the order for you, they can fill out any missing information to complete the process.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

@Camwalsh18 it just means your order was placed it doesn’t yet mean it’s been accepted. You know that within a couple of hours of place in the order. When did you place the order ? as you will get tracking information when a device is allocated to you.
