Not only can I not access usage on the app but now I can’t access on the laptop. Come on EE where has your customer service gone to!

@Minnie4 , have you tried logging in via the website rather than using the app? I have just logged in via the app without any problems, what information are you getting? This is not customer service, you could report this to them.

Also got this problem - unable to load the itemised calls and texts in the app
used to be able to do this - why make it more difficult

I was told the app no longer offers this facility. Can only do it on a computer but only certain computers. Time for a change been with EE 21 years no longer getting the service I require.
