content lock removal didnt work

Hi

I went into the EE store yesterday to show my ID to have content lock removed from my PAYG phone.. they scanned my ID took my details. and guess what... the content lock is still ON,,,, your service sucks.. any other ideas on how to remove it without a credit card???

I did put the settings to 18+ but there's still restrictions. Bizarre

I've tried on 8 separate occasions, over the course of I don't want to know how many months. Will be leaving EE at the end of this months plan.

Do you have a pay monthly or pay as you go account?
